Can I return or exchange my product?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can proceed your return/exchange request within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if the parcel is not shipped out, and we will refund your money as well.
Orders can’t be canceled once your product is shipped out.

How long will it take to get my order?
Generally it will take 3-6 working days to arrive, once sent, delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Which courier company will eVitaspace use?
Generally speaking we provide home delivery service by fedEX or UPS, however, other courier companies may also be used according to real situation.
Do you ship overseas?
No, currently we only focus on U.S. market, will let you know once we are ready to ship overseas.
